These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Saloora’s mobile application, website, and related services. By using Saloora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Saloora

Saloora is a beauty platform designed to connect clients, salons, stylists, companies, brands, and beauty offers. Features may include salon discovery, appointments, profiles, content, messaging, notifications, product or offer listings, and commerce-related tools.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access.
• You must not use another person’s account without permission.
• Business, salon, stylist, and company accounts must be used only by authorized persons.

3. Bookings, services, and offers

• Salons, stylists, companies, and service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, availability, photos, descriptions, and offers.
• Bookings may be accepted, rejected, rescheduled, or cancelled according to the provider’s policy and applicable app rules.
• Saloora may help facilitate booking and communication, but the actual beauty service is provided by the salon, stylist, or provider, not by Saloora unless explicitly stated.

4. Payments and commerce

If payment, order, invoice, product, or commerce features are available, the applicable provider, company, payment processor, or seller may be responsible for fulfillment, pricing, tax, delivery, refunds, and related obligations. Saloora may provide tools to manage or facilitate these processes.

5. User content

• You are responsible for photos, videos, reviews, comments, messages, product listings, and other content you upload or send.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish or share your content.
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• You grant Saloora a limited license to host, display, process, and transmit your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use Saloora for fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, or illegal activity, or post false, misleading, or harmful information.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saloora is not responsible for indirect losses, service provider actions, user-generated content, third-party products, or disputes between users and service providers.
